Women's Group at CPL

Knitting for a Cause
Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
This group will make mittens, shawls, hats, scarves, etc. for local nursing homes, NOAH shelters, and other places in need.
Just show up! Group meets in Community Room A every Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The Barnstable Council on Aging Caregiver/ Support Services Coordinator will be available at CPL to assist with resources for our caregivers and Barnstable citizens’ age 60+.
The Caregiver /Support Services will provide resources and educational programs that benefit our residents and the people we care for. No appointment needed / Walk-ins welcome! Located in the front lobby.
Wednesday Bridge Group
Wednesdays from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
The Wednesday Bridge Group meets to play this exciting card game. Bridge is a four-player partnership trick-taking game with thirteen tricks per deal.

First Thursday of the month from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
Have time during the day for great discussion? Join us for a of the Right On Readers Book Club on the first Thursday of the month from 1 - 2:30 p.m. at Centerville Public Library.
For April, the book club is reading House Lessons: Renovating a Life by Erica Bauermeister.
CPL will have some copies of the group's book choice available to borrow, in addition to copies across CLAMS libraries. A digital copy of the novel can be found on Libby and other apps.

Working on a writing project or want to explore writing for the first time? Join local published author Sharon D. Anderson and fellow writers each month for a supportive and motivating workshop at Centerville Public Library. Bring notebooks or laptops and an idea! $5.00 donation for the library is requested.
