A staff member will review the information and contact you if there is an opening.  Filling out the form DOES NOT indicate your submission is accepted.

Artist of the Month MUST agree to the following:

-Artists wishing to sell their work in the library agree to donate 30% of their sales to the library.

-Artists are responsible for installing and for taking down their artwork before library opening hours or immediately after closing, so as not to disrupt patrons.  Artists are responsible for providing the tools and hardware (ex. nails, hangers, etc.) for installation.

-The artist must agree that the library will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the artwork and releases the library, its staff and trustees from all demands, suits, damages and liabilities which may arise out of items on exhibit, at any time hereafter.  The artist also understands that the library will not hold any fire, theft or damage insurance on the items.
